Hubert, the patron saint of hunter (Jägermeister for the ones who like the liqueur), a name my avid hunting father gave me when he finally got a boy.

I have beaten the odds many times in my life. I learned how to vision my future and design the life I wanted. I learned how to create the steps to successfully reach my goal in record time (I mean, how could it be different when you are used to flying at Mach 1.0!).

I served for more than 25 years in the Swiss Air Force as Fighter Pilot Instructor. I lead world-class pilots to reach the highest tactical level in their careers.

I have transitioned from being a top fighter pilot to working for the Department of Foreign Affairs in the US to finally becoming an entrepreneur starting up two companies.

Give back and serve are my mottos. Through my philanthropic endeavors, I share my expertise with youth, Wounded Warriors, and local and international nonprofits.

Flying at the speed of sound, I learned how to think 7 steps ahead. I know how to command respect and motivate people while caring for their well-being at the same time. I live and breathe high performance leadership. It is my wheelhouse (which sounds strange from a pilot perspective, right?)
